Every day I don’t give 110 percent in exchange for… the same amount of paycheck.
On the contrary, i find if i put in 90% of the work, i still get paid 100% of the paycheck.
Have you tried putting in only 10% of the work? You might be surprised at the results.
I always give 100% at work:
I often find that being under-prepared leads to creativity.
People think I got this good at improvising by having a plan?!?

One time I got an A- on a book report only having read the back of the book. Still don’t know how I pulled it off.
Only one time? Once I learned this power, I never did anything else.
At some point I stopped judging myself compared to some hypothetical ideal and instead compared myself to real world outcomes achieved by regular people. Life has been a lot easier ever since.
This is pretty much my adult life.
