It's Saturday, what have you watched this week?

A friend and I both have access to an external SSD because we alternate doing video work off it. Last week I had the drive and she left a fan edit of Alien: Covenant on it. I suspect she’s trying to get me into the Alien movies because she’s really into them. Anyway, I watched it and enjoyed it. The fan edit probably put a lot of deleted scenes in seamlessly and I didn’t notice, but it also put a bunch of obvious promo material tacked on at the end. That felt jarring.

Anyways she said she’s putting the other alien movies on the drive next time she has them. I think she only has fan edits though.

The Fugitive (1993) - simple premise yet extremely well made. Entertaining from start to finish.
