But let's be honest: I can't write a mini-article every single day, and frankly got discouraged when so few seemed to appreciate the prior day's Astérix post, which I thought was a perfectly fun BD post.

As for my little articles in general, they seem to be generally enjoyed, but usually with polite, muted applause. What seems to get a typically much higher number of upvotes is the 'drive-by' stuff, in which someone cruising a feed can simply say 'whoa, cool image' and upvote, without needing to read a post, think about it, and/or comment.

So in a way, this was my little "okay, lads & lassies, if that's what you want... 🙄" moment, haha.

In any case, thank you for taking the time to comment on this one.
