Just wanted to listen to some hours long ocean mysteries podcast but it's just filled with AI slop 😩 any good recommendations out there? YouTube preferably

I don't know the name of the series but, the same production company (or a similar one?) who did the Mayday series on Discovery about the plane crashes did a few similar one's about some shipwrecks. Recreating and dissecting how they happened, why those particular ones were interesting. If that's the kind of mystery you like.

Anything with disasters and tragedies are always a guaranteed listen or watch in my books, especially if they're a couple hours long in length.

Roughly in order of how well it matches what you want, I think. MrBallen also has long-form podcasts, I think, on Amazon or something.

Cautionary Tales podcast has a male host with a soothing British voice describing the human and process failures that led to various disasters like shipwrecks and contests that gave away way more prizes than they expected.

Having a scroll through his videos, it sounds right up my alley, government stuff, UFO, Ancient history stuff sounds good. Thank you for the recommendation!
