@swoonie @wordle From scratch. I used winter rye from my vegetable garden. Ground by hand. And now I feed it wheat flour every day.

3 jar with sourdough starter.

@Xorky @wordle it is. Playing now with baking without parchment paper (in a Dutch oven) and using oats on the bottom instead. It works!

Good idea. How does the oatmeal hold up?
This time I even forgot the baking paper. 😁 Also with the Dutch oven technique (with a Le Creuset).
